We had been farming dates, and when we brought our product to other packing houses, we were very unhappy with the way it was being handled. We thought we could do a better job and put out a better product for the customer.

I decided to open my own packing plant and do a better job than my competitors because I felt the consumer deserved better. When you buy our product, you know you are going to get the same consistency every time.
